恒溫氣流阻力試驗(yàn)機(jī)的應(yīng)用

        恒溫氣流阻力試驗(yàn)機(jī)的研發(fā)，旨在于解決目前呼吸管路類產(chǎn)品，氣流阻力測試時(shí)，測試的介質(zhì)無法滿足標(biāo)準(zhǔn)所規(guī)定的溫度。

        標(biāo)準(zhǔn)YY 0461-2003《 麻醉機(jī)和呼吸機(jī)用呼吸管路》和ISO 5367:2000，對呼吸管路的氣流阻力測量和彎曲氣流阻力增加的試驗(yàn)，要求試驗(yàn)介質(zhì)和溫度分別為（23±2）℃和（42±3）℃。常規(guī)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)檢測方式為將樣品放入恒溫箱中測試，但是忽略了標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求的“以（42±3）℃的溫度引入呼吸管路的端口”“With the tube held straight and not constricted, introduce air at the rated flow stated by the manufacturer at a temperature of (42 ± 3)°C into the tube at the end at which the pressure-measuring device is connected”的條件，直接將常溫壓縮氣體流入試樣內(nèi)部，用于代替（42±3）℃的氣體，對于溫度敏感性較強(qiáng)的材料，常溫氣體對測試結(jié)果的影響更加明顯。
